Refund Policy

We accept returns within 60 days of receiving the product – for both defective and non-defective items.
Items must be in new or lightly used condition.

 

Returns and exchanges are handled by mail.
The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping label.
No restocking fees will be charged.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
